4. PUBLICITY MATERIALS
If the film is selected the producers are responsible for providing the following materials:
  • Three to five captioned, horizontal-format stills from the film.
  • Vertical-format photo of the director.
  • Biography and filmography of the director.
  • Principal cast list.
Digital images must be at a minimum resolution of 300 dpi, 18cm / 7" wide, colour, TIFF or JPEG format.
These materials will be required as soon as the film is selected.
Should the film be selected for the Festival, the Festival Press Office is given consent to use the submission DVD for publicity purposes:  Yes   No
5. SALES AND INDUSTRY MATERIALS
If the film is selected you will be required to submit, in a digital format, the poster or other official artwork for the film. Digital images must be at a minimum resolution of 300dpi, and may be sent either by email to press@nviff.com or on CD by mail, to:
