The Humanist Movement is an international grassroots movement of people building a non-violent world through simultaneous personal and social change. We believe in human beings, and believe that working for change in us and in the world is a great and meaningful thing!

In Toronto over the years we've started things like arts' projects, neighbourhood newspapers, environmental campaigns, student unions and political projects. Most recently we worked to make TTC free on Smog Days, and to have the City plan an end to homelessness by 2015.
